No Returns & No Refunds

All products sold through our website are non-returnable and non-refundable once an order has been placed and processed.

Due to the nature of health, wellness, dietary supplement, and personal care products, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refund requests for:

• Incorrect product selection by the customer
• Personal taste or preference
• Opened or used products

Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a product that is:

• Different from the item ordered,

you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery by contacting our customer support team and providing:

• Photographs of the product
• Photographs of the packaging

After verification, Bullrise Wellness may, at its sole discretion, provide a replacement for the affected product.

Order Cancellation

Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been processed or shipped.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, handling fees, customs duties, taxes, and other applicable charges are non-refundable.
